Garden Brief
This small rear garden in the West End was starting to show its age, prompting the clients to seek a complete overhaul of the space. The concrete paving was stripped, and replaced with areas of hardwood decking and Welsh slate pavers with Scottish beach cobbles, and raised planting beds rendered in a crisp white create a frame around the new seating space. The overgrown Leylandii to the rear of the garden was reduced substantially in order to let more light into the garden, and timber screening was installed along the side boundaries to provide privacy while maintaining the contemporary feel of the new garden.
